NON DESTRUCTIVE TESTING (NDT) INSPECTION

All fabricated items are subject to material traceability when required and compliance with Industries Codes of practice. Prior to dispatch, all fabricated items are dimensionally checked against the ‘’Approved for Construction’’ AFC Drawings.

BLASTING AND PAINTING

All fabricated items are blasted and painted in accordance with the Relevant Codes of practice. All blasting and painting activities are closely monitored and controlled by Blue-Con Sub Sea Limited painting inspectors to ensure compliance to specifications and procedures. Painting operations are carried out within acceptable limits of atmospheric humidity.
